| 摘 要： | 高校学生隐私权包括利用权、隐瞒权、维护权和支配权。侵犯高校学生隐私权的行为包括擅自泄露学生个人信息、非法获知学生信息并予以公布和非法窥视、监听学生私人空间。对此,应转变保护高校学生隐私权的理念,完善高校管理和管理监督,加强高校学生隐私权相关法制建设。

| Abstract: | The privacy of college students include right of use,right of hide,right of protect and right of control.Invade the privacy of college students include leaking information,publishing the information which was get by illegal means and peeping private space.Therefore,we should change the concept of the protection of the privacy,perfect the management and supervision and strengthen the related law. |
