| 摘 要： | 素质教育是以提高全民族整体素质为主要目的的教育，关系着民族的未来与发展。高校图书馆在大学生素质教育中的地位和作用是不言而喻的，加强高校图书馆的自身建设，从多种途径认真开展大学生素质教育，具有十分重要的意义。
