| 摘 要： | 资本结构问题是公司金融领域中的重点内容之一。通过对国内关于资本结构实证研究的文献进行梳理,从资本结构的界定与度量、具体研究内容及研究方法三个方面进行总结,发现国内对金融类公司资本结构问题的研究极少,对理论上的研究存在空白,对影响资本结构差异的非时变变量的研究不足。

| Abstract: | Capital structure is one of the main focus in the corporate finance sector. Based on empirical re- search literature on domestic capital structure, summarized in three aspects including definition and mea- surement of capital structure, the specific research and research methods, the following characteristics of the existing relevant research are found. Study on capital structure for financial companies are rare. Gaps in theoretical research exist. And there is lack of research on time-invariant variables affecting differences in capital structure. |
