| 摘 要： | 金融企业文化是金融企业长期经营实践的结晶,是金融企业的经营理念。近年来,人们越来越关注金融企业文化在提高金融企业经营管理水平以及核心竞争力中的重要作用。金融企业文化的建设应以"以人为本、注重个性、表里一致、重视管理功能"为原则,进一步完善企业文化体系、健全企业文化机制、丰富企业文化载体以及加强企业文化宣传。

| Abstract: | The financial enterprise culture is a crystallization of long-term operation of financial enterprises, fi-nancial enterprises operating philosophy. In recent years, people pay more and more attention to the financial cor-porate culture plays an important role in improving the financial management level and core competitiveness. The construction of the financial corporate culture should be ＂people-oriented, pay attention to personality, honest and sincere, pay attention to management＂ principle so that further improve the corporate culture system, perfecting the mechanism of corporate culture, rich enterprise culture carrier and strengthen enterprise culture propaganda. |
