| 摘 要： | 标准作为当代社会和经济发展的重要技术基础之一，是维护市场秩序和推进技术进步的重要手段，是现代化、规范化和专业化的基石。但是其不利的一面同样明显，集中表现为规范的标准化对市场竞争的限制性作用和不规范的标准化对市场秩序的破坏性影响。如何正确地进行标准化改革和规制相关的竞争行为，充分发挥标准化的积极作用来保障市场秩序和促进经济发展是一个值得探讨的问题。
