我国文化贸易逆差及其治理对策

改革开放以来我国文化贸易获得了很大发展，但同时也存在着严重的贸易逆差。造成文化贸易逆差的原因是多方面的，而要缩小文化贸易逆差，除了采取一定的保护措施外，关键是多管齐下，提高我国文化产品的国际竞争力。只要措施得力，在较短的时期内实现我国文化贸易的大致平衡是有可能的。

The Deficit in Cultural Trade and Its Countermeasures

The trade in cultural products and service has developed rapidly in China since the reform and opening up.But on the other hand,huge deficit in this sector has troubled China until now.The reasons for such deficit are complicated.The key to narrowing the deficit,apart from necessary protecting policies,is to adopt comprehensive measures to enhance the competitive ability of China' s cultural products.Only if the measures are efficient and effective,it is possible for China to realize its rough balance in cultural trade.
