| 摘 要： | 土地信托是土地流转中的一项制度创新,其对于农业结构的调整、农民权益的维护、农村的稳定以及农村信用体系建设和增加农业投入,均具有重要的现实意义。只有构建良好的农村土地信托法律制度,才能对破解“三农”难题有所帮助。

| Abstract: | The land trust is an institutional innovation of land transference. It has great significance to the adjustment of agriculture structure, the maintenance of farmer' rights and interests, the stabilization of rural areas, the construction of rural credit system, and the increase of farmer investments. None but the establishment of well rural land trust system can help to solve the problem involving agriculture, rural area and farmer. |
