| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会必须处理好社会经济关系和利益矛盾，所有制结构决定着社会基本经济关系，因此，完善所有制结构是构建社会主义和谐社会的基础。文章通过对所有制结构中存在的主要问题及成因的分析，提出了完善社会主义所有制结构以促进社会和谐的对策和措施。

| Abstract: | We must correctly handle the social economic relationships and the interests contradictions in the course of constructing the harmonious socialist society. The basic economic relationship of society is restricted by the structure of the ownership, so it is the foundation to perfect the ownership structure for constructing the harmonious socialist society. The authors analize the principal problems and the contributing factors of the ownership, and put foward the countermeasures for perfecting the socialist owenership structure and promoting the social harmonious. |
