领导理论研究综述

摘    要:本对各时期有关领导理论的研究成果进行了要点式概括,并在对比分析的基础上,得出了三个结论:一是近年的“魅力型领导理论”实质上是传统“素质理论”的一种复量;二是“领导情境理论”仅是基于“情境”的行为理论;三是在领导理论研究中,基于“情境”的“领导行为研究”较钦,而基于“情境”的“领导素质研究”则较缺乏,要得出全面,系统的领导情境理论;必须将领导的素质,行为以及所处环境三良好地结合起来。

Abstract:The paper summerizes the theories of leadership of different period and,based on comparasion and analysis,draws condusions as follows: Firstly,the said Charming Leadership Theory of recent years is in fact a replica of the traditional Quality Theory;Second,the said Circumstance Theory of Leadership is merely a theory of hehavier based on ciranmstance;third,there are more theories on leader's behaviers based on circumstance than on leader's qualities based on circumstance.To develop a comprehensive and systematic Circumstance Theory of leadership,it is essentical to integrate as a whole the leader's quality,behavier and the circumstance.
