| 摘 要： | 落实科学发展观，建设和谐社会，实现人类社会的可持续发展，是我们的理想，但是，可持续发展不仅仅是一种观念。我们必须以实际的行动，使可持续发展成为一种现实。我们应自觉保护生态系统的平衡，着力建设有利于人与自然和谐发展的生态文明，以积极的行动和行之有效的措施，保障可持续发展战略的实现。

| Abstract: | Implementing the scientific development view, constructing the harmonious society, realizing the sustainable development of the human society, these are our ideal, however, sustainable development is not merely a kind of idea. We must make the sustainable development become a reality with the real action. We should protect the balance of the ecosystem consciously, put forth effort to build ecological civilization which is favorable to people and harmonious development of nature, by the positive action and the effective measures, to ensure the realization of the sustainable development strategy. |
