| 摘 要： | 合作建房在我国已有50多年的历史，曾经在解决职工住房问题上取得良好效果。面对我国房地产市场存在的诸多问题，在住房保障性政策无法从根本上解决数目众多的中低收入群体住房的情况下，本文就合作建房在我国住房供给中的重要作用进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Raising funds and building house jointly by individuals have more than 50 years history, and have obtained good effects in solving the housing problem. Currently, there are many questions in the real estate market in our country, and the housing indemnificatory policies are unable to solve the housing problem of the middle or lower income community. This paper considers the raising funds and building house jointly by individuals should become the housing supplement form in our country. |
