| Abstract: | To build the new socialist countryside is a significant task put forward by the Party and our government in the new period to advance the development of the urban and rural areas as a whole.Therefore,to do research on how to strengthen the function of county downtowns in building socialist countryside has important theoretical and practical significance in promoting the construction of new social countryside and solving the problems of ＂Three Rural＂issues. |
