摘    要:我国事业单位工资体制经过多次改革和发展,从职务供给制到国家统一制度工资,现行的事业单位工资模式以职称和工人技术等级的高低决定工资的高低,这种以职称和技术等级论英雄的制度,随着社会发展逐步显现出多种弊端,急需打破职务职称和工人技术等级制,建立岗位工资模式。

Abstract:From office supply system to unified state system of wages,our country institution salary system has been through a series of reform and development.The current institution pay mode is determined by titles and technical level of workers.With the development of society,this kind of wage system gradually revealed a lot of drawbacks.Therefore,an urgent need to break the hierarchy of the job titles and technical workers should be called for and post salary mode should be established.
