| 摘 要： | 工农业发展和经济增长的规律性要求工业反哺农业,我国已进入工业反哺农业的高级阶段.从美国、日本发达国家政府工业反哺农业的政策路径来看,改革财政与税收制度,提高财政支农资金的利用率,高度重视反哺农业的法制化建设,为反哺农业提供完善的法律保障,反哺政策目标应倾向于提高长效性的农业生产能力,考虑"后发优势"适时调整政策是我国工业反哺农业的政策路径选择.
