摘    要:后WTO时代中国快递业的市场格局,呈现出民营快递、中国邮政、外资快递分别占领同城快递、城际快递和国际快递市场的"三足鼎立"格局。运用产业组织理论中的非纵向一体化模型(Tirole,1997),并结合快递业的特质,针对该模型的假设缺陷即质量的成本无差异进行修改,合理地解释了目前中国快递业市场分割的成因,不同类型快递企业的网络"灵活性"对企业成本有重大影响,从而也决定了企业的市场份额。

Abstract:In the post-WTO era,the market structure of China's express industry presents a situation of tripartite confrontation,in which private-owned express enterprises,China Post and foreign-funded express enterprises take up the intra-city express,inter-city express and international express respectively.By applying non-vertical integration model(Tirole,1997) of industrial organization theory and sorting the characteristics of express industry to modify the assumption defect of this model—the cost indifference of quality,this paper reasonably explains the cause of China's express industry market share.The network agility of the express enterprises has great impact on the cost,which also determines their market share.
