| 摘 要： | 北部湾经济区建设已成为广西经济社会发展中的一项重要的工作,研究北部湾经济区的会计人才需求问题,对于全面推进北部湾经济区建设具有重要的意义.为了进行北部湾经济区会计人才需求研究,将从会计人才建设在北部湾经济区的重要性入手,探讨了北部湾经济区会计人才应具有的能力,提出了科学制定会计人才发展规划、营造促进会计人才发展的良好环境、建立北部湾经济区会计人才交流中心、高校要转变会计教育思想和加强会计人员继续教育的力度等建设思路.
