基于城市流强度的广西北部湾城市群协调发展研究

摘    要:北部湾城市群建设已经取得长足的进步,但城市群的发展仍然存在经济总量偏小、综合服务能力较弱等问题,与打造我国对外开放合作新高地以及沿海经济发展新一极的战略目标还存在一定差距,尤其是城市群内部各城市协调发展有待进一步提升。应用城市流强度模型,对北部湾城市群南宁、钦州、北海、防城港四市进行分析,发现南宁、钦州与北海、防城港城市流强度存在较大差异,亟须加强北部湾城市群协调发展,明确城市功能定位、形成分工协作的产业格局、大力发展港口经济、利用地缘优势加强区域内外辐射能力。

Abstract:Though the development of Beibu Gulf city agglomeration has made considerable progress,problems such as dissatisfatory economic aggregate and weak comprehensive service capabilities exist.There is still a gap between the strategic goal for building highland of opening,cooperation,and creating a new model in the coastal area.The coordinated development within the city agglomeration needs to be further enhanced.Employed the Urban Flow Intensity Model,this research conducts a comparative analysis on four cities around Beibu Gulf-Nanning,Qinzhou,Beihai and Fangchenggang respectively.The result shows notable differences among the four cities.It indicates an urgent need to strengthen the coordinated development within the city agglomeration,define each city’s functional position,form an industry structure with labor division and cooperation,develop port economy firmly,and make use of geographical advantages to increase the economic eradiating power around the area.
