| 摘 要： | 新建民办本科院校团队培育中主要存在的问题:对团队培育认识不到位、缺乏优秀的学术带头人、团队评价机制不够合理、高校管理制度不健全、缺乏团队文化氛围.解决上述问题的对策是:加强顶层设计,自上而下组织教学团队建设、实施注册制,鼓励自下而上组织教学团队、重视团队绩效整体评价,改善协作文化环境.

| Abstract: | There exist some problems in the course of team building such as unawareness of its importance,lack of academic leader,unreasonable evaluation,unhealthy management and lack of team culture.It is of vital importance for us to strengthen top design,build teaching team from top to bottom,carry out registration system,emphasize overall assessment of team achievement and improve collaborative culture environment. |
