| 摘 要： | 当前高职院校已从规模发展转为内涵建设,高职院学术腐败现象呈现多样化且日趋严重,认清当前高职院校学术腐败的现状,客观分析学术腐败存在的原因,从思想教育、制度保证、水平提升等三个方面建立健全学术防腐体系,是抑制学术腐败、提升高职教师的专业水平、保证高职教师队伍健康化发展的关键.

| Abstract: | Nowadays,higher vocational colleges have transferred from scale development to inner construction and academic corruption for higher vocational colleges varies and worsens.Clear recognition of current academic corruption in higher vocational colleges,objective analysis of reasons for academic corruption and building overall anti-academic corruption from thoughts,system guarantee and level enhancement is the key to counter academic corruption,improve professional level of higher vocational college teachers and guarantee sound development of teaching team for higher vocational colleges. |
