| 摘 要： | 追求教育公平是现代高等教育改革的目标，如何实现高等教育公平？从教育理念的角度考虑，笔者认为促进全民学习的终身教育是一种实现高等教育公平的重要实现路径。只有树立终身教育理念，才能保证高等教育公平。
