摘    要:当前全国各大高校大力推行学分制教育管理模式的背景下,依据教师职业生涯发展理论,在分析学分制教育模式对教师、学生的实际教学需求现状的基础上,对构建教师继续教育、促进教师终身学习发展的方法和途径进行实践研究.

Abstract:Academic Credit system is largely implemented throughout the entire higher education. Under this circumstance, teachers' professional development has to find its way to adapt to the new system. This paper focuses on the construction of teachers' professional development for continuing and lifelong education, on the basis of the career development theory.
