KSAOs模式下的《国际商务基础》项目课程的设计与实践

摘    要:高等职业院校国际商务专业中的通识类课程教学内容知识性、系统性强。教学方法在传统知识结构下很难适应职业教育培养职业能力为主线的要求。在国际商务专业情景化的项目课程体系下,或可通过人力资源开发的KSAOs分析模型对国际商务专业通识类课程进行项目化规划与设计,以提高通识类课程的适用性和应用性。

Abstract:The courses of common knowledge for international business majors in higher vocational colleges are theoretical and systematic, but the teaching methods in such traditional knowledge construction system cannot meet the demand of the main task for the current vocational education, which focuses on training students for ability and skills. In order to meet needs of learning situational business in the system of project courses, this article aims to improve the adaptability and practicality of the courses for common knowledge by programming and designing the courses of common knowledge with newly developed KSAOs analysis models.
