| 摘 要： | 高水平的教师专业素质是培养高素质高职人才的根本保障，是推进高职教育快速发展的核心所在。本文从决定教师专业素质关键因素的教师专业发展特征入手，分析当前我国高职院校教师专业发展的主要影响因素，提出高职院校教师专业发展的特殊特征。
