我国高职教育课程发展的现状、问题与对策

摘    要:课程问题是高职教育的核心,课程发展水平直接决定了高职教育人才培养的质量与规格。当前,学科导向课程是我国高职教育课程模式的主流,这导致高职教育人才培养结果与市场需求之间出现了较大偏差。鉴于课程建设与改革在高职院校人才培养工作中的核心地位以及我国高职教育课程发展的现状与问题,以构建基于工作过程的课程模式为目标、推进课程建设与改革,必将成为当前我国高职院校加强内涵建设、全面提高教学质量的突破口与关键。高职院校要想做到这一点,收入分配制度改革和教师评价体系改革是导向,"工学结合"是途径,教学条件建设是保障。

Abstract:The curriculum system is the core to the higher vocational education. The development level of the curriculum has the determinant affect on the quality and standards of the higher vocational education. At present,the subject oriented curriculum is the main model for higher vocational education,which results in the deviation from the education results and the market demands. Concerning the fundamental role in the curriculum construction and reform in the higher vocational education as well as the status and problems in developing the high-vocation education curriculum in China,the working process based curriculum model is the key to promote the curriculum construction and reform,reinforce connotation construction,and improving the quality of education. To achieve this,it is oriented by the reform of the income distribution system and the teachers'appraisal system,approached by the combination of the work and study,and insured by the improvement of the teaching equipments.
