| 摘 要： | 加强高职学生党员教育管理是提高党性修养、提升党员形象的必然要求，也是高职学生党员队伍亟待净化的趋势使然。高职院校学生党员教育管理方面之所以存在问题，主要是因为没有形成可行的教育、管理、监督的长效机制。只有通过制度建设、实践教育和投入保障，倡导学习教育、实践、监督及考评机制的创新，才能真正形成让学生党员长期受教育，永葆先进性的长效机制。

| Abstract: | Reinforcing the education and management of higher vocational student party members is the necessity of improving Party spirit accomplishment and improving party member images. The problem existing in the education and management of higher vocational student party members is attributed to the lack of the lasting effect mechanism of feasible education, management and supervision. Only by feasible systems, practice education and adequate investment and some innovations of education, practice, supervision and assessment can we bring into existence the lasting effect mechanism of getting student party members educated and advanced permanently. |
