| Abstract: | To arouse the enthusiasm of the farmers and the food reserving corporations, it is important to create the agriculture insurance mechanism. Food production and fluctuating prices should fall into the scope of insurance. The agriculture insurance mechanism means that the government purchases insurance policies; insurance company covers risks and the farmers and food reserving corporations benefit from it. |
