| 摘 要： | 人文素质是一种基本素质,对人的全面发展具有重要作用.高职教育培养的是各个行业的应用型人才,如不具备人文素养,就很难适应21世纪人才要具备开拓性、竞争性和创新性的要求.高职院校在推进人文教育的过程中,应当结合自身特色和实际情况,构建人文教育的系统工程,不断转变教育观念,深化教学改革,使人文教育在培养高职生成才过程中发挥积极作用.

| Abstract: | The humanities quality is a kind of basic quality playing an important role in a person's overall development.Higher vocational education is aimed at cultivating a variety of practical talents with high humanities qualities who can be pioneering,competitive and innovative.In the course of humanities education, given own features and practice,higher vaocational colleges should construct the humanities education system, constantly change educational ideas,deepen teaching reforms and make the humanities education play an important part in cultivating higher vocational talents. |
