浙江民营企业面临的挑战与政府职能的转变

浙江作为对外贸依存度很高的省份,民营企业是其经济的主体力量。在我国外贸出口面临非关税壁垒越来越多,人民币对美元的汇率持续走高的经济环境下,浙江民营企业受到了很大的压力和挑战。我国现处于市场经济建设初期,受经济条件、企业家素质等影响,许多市场的职能并不能得到充分发挥,政府应在此情况下为民营企业走出困境创造良好的政策环境。

The Challenge Faced by Private Enterprises and the Sacred Duty of Government in Zhejiang Province

The economy of Zhejiang Province depends on the foreign trade extremely. The private enterprises are the main body of economy in Zhejiang Province. The private enterprises are confronted with the giant pressure and challenge, as our exports are facing more non-tariff barriers and RMB has a high exchange rate with US dollars. China is at an early stage of market economy and affected by economic conditions and the intrinsic quality of entrepreneurs, so many functions of market can't be brought into full play. The government should create a favorable environment to help private enterprises out of the difficulties under such circumstances.
