完善高校贫困生认定机制的思考

目前我国已经基本建立以“奖、贷、助、补、减”为主要内容的多元化的资助体系。随着国家对教育事业投入的加大,贫困生资助政策将会更加完善,资助力度将会更大。但是如何切实做好高校贫困生的认定工作,进而保证国家下拨资金的有效利用,已经成为各高校贫困生工作中的一项难题。针对这个问题,本文在阐述当前贫困生认定过程中存在问题的基础上,提出对解决这些问题的相关思考。

On the Ratification System of Poor Students in Colleges

At present, China has basically set up a diversified financing system concerning scholarships, student loans, work-study programs, subsidies and partial exemption of tuition. With the state＇s increased investment in education, the subsidy policy will be more complete and financing efforts will be even greater. But it has beena problem for colleges and universities how to ratify poor students to ensure that the country＇s allocated funds be used effectively. To address this issue, this paper points out the problem of ratifying the impoverished student and puts forward relative countermeasures.
