摘    要:在高校传统的教学理念与模式的引导下,学生存在综合素质偏低,实践能力较差等情况,这直接导致毕业生在校所学习的内容与高速发展的信息化社会严重脱节,使毕业生的就业率大幅下降.近年来,“跨界教育”理念认识得到逐步确立;使“跨界教育”逐步成为学习社会化教育体系和高校教育教学的重要组成部分和主要教育教学模式.通过“跨界教育”理念和模式的实施,培养符合经济发展和社会需要的复合型人才.

Abstract:At present, university students' comprehensive quality and practice ability are unsatisfactory, which directly leads to low employment rate because of the unconformity between their learning and rapid-changing information. In recent years, the "cross-border education" concept has been gradually established, becoming a social learning education system and an important part of college education. Cross-border education helps to cultivate interdisciplinary talents for economic development and social needs.
