| 摘 要： | 国家助学贷款制度的实施是保证我国高等教育事业持续健康发展的重要条件，而国家助学贷款的性质以及贷款对象的特殊性，决定了国家助学贷款存在一定的风险，过大的风险将成为国家助学贷款推行的瓶颈，要减少国家助学贷款的风险，关键是要采取相应的防范对策。

| Abstract: | The implementation of the system of the National College Students' Loan is an important factor which ensures the healthy and durable development of our country's higher education, but the nature of the National College Students' Loan and the particularity of its objects makes it certain that the National College Students' Loan has some risks. And the oversized risk will become the bottleneck, which will delay promoting the National College Students' Loan. It is critical that relative countermeasures be taken to diminish the risks. |
