| 摘 要： | 2009年我国城市化水平达到了46.60%,已进入加速发展时期。随着城市化的发展,大量人口转移到城镇,由此促进了城镇住房的需求,并带动了住房价格的上涨,而我国目前房价过高、涨幅过大,又阻碍了城镇化发展的进程。因此,研究城镇化水平与商品住宅价格之间的关系,使二者在我国国民经济稳定增长的前提下得以协调发展,是十分重要的。
