| 摘 要： | 教师的心理健康状况和师德问题是相辅相成的,不健康的心理将对师德建设产生负面影响.目前我国高校教师的心理健康状况并不乐观,解决高校教师队伍心理健康问题,促进师德发展,应从社会、学校和教师个人三方面入手.
