基于博弈论视角下的仓储融资行为分析

中小企业融资难是我国金融改革和经济发展中一个急需解决的问题,如何再造商业银行与中小企业间和谐融资模式,是解决融资瓶颈的关键。仓储融资作为物流金融或供应链金融的一种创新模式,受到越来越多学者的关注。本文运用动态博弈模型,分析仓储融资模式下银行、仓储物流及中小企业三方的博弈行为,得出如下结论：银行、中小企业选择委托仓储物流节点,仓储物流节点选择接受双方委托,从而开展仓储融资业务,这一行为是融资过程中三方博弈的结果。
