山西省高职院校体育教育改革的思考

山西省高职院校体育教育依然保留传统观念,没有树立终身体育的观念,存在着将体育教学和体育教育两者混淆,在体育课程设施方面缺乏合理性,教材陈旧,体育场馆和体育社会配置单一,体育教师缺乏职业技能培训等问题,直接制约着山西省高职院校体育教育的发展。只有摒弃固有观念,构筑高职体育教材体系,改善体育场馆建设和管理状况,鼓励体育教师参与培训,才能迅速提高高职院校体育教育的水平。

Sports education still retain the traditional concept in Higher Vocational Colleges in Shanxi province, The concept of lifelong sports wasn＇ t formed yet. Physical teaching and physical education will be confused. The lack of sports curriculum facilities, textbooks, sports venues and Sports Department of social configuration, problems of sports teachers lack of occupation skill training and so on, these factors directly restricted the development of sports education in Higher Vocational Colleges in Shanxi province. To abandon the inherent idea, construct the system of vocational education, improve the situation of sports venue construction and management, encourage the teachers to participate in training, the level of physical education in higher vocational colleges can be improved rapidly .
