企业跨国战略联盟伙伴选择指标体系的构建及决策方法研究

经过20多年的发展，战略联盟已经积累了一定的经验，然而跨国战略联盟的失败率却一直居高不下，处于50％～60％之间，其中很重要的一个原因就是选择了不适当的战略联盟合作伙伴，因此迫切需要对战略联盟合作伙伴选择及模型进行研究。本文根据对企业跨国战略联盟伙伴选择的影响因素及选择原则的分析，构建了伙伴选择的指标体系，并提出采用基于层次分析法和ABC筛选法的“三阶段”法对指标体系进行优化计算。

The Structure and Study on The Choosing of Coalition Partner of Corporate Transnational Strategic Alliance's Index System

After the development for more than 20 years, strategic alliance has already accumulated a certain experience, academic has also got great progress to the study of strategic alliance agent, achievement effect and manage- ment, however, the losing ratio of transnational strategic alliance always sticks at a high level, between 50% and 60%. One of the very important causes is the choosing the inappropriate strategic alliance cooperation, it should be to require the study on the choosing of strategic alliance partner and the model. The article analasis the itnfluencing factor and the choosing principle of the transnational enterprise strategy coalition partner ehooseing, constructing the partner choice indicator system, and proposing that uses ＂three stages＂ method owing to AHP method and ABC sift method to optimize the index system.
