| 摘 要： | 在金融危机背景下,我国的金融诚信问题凸显。分析我国金融诚信问题的现状和生成机理,认为今后应营造良好的信用环境,构建信用文化体系;强化立法和法律监管力度,提高失信成本;加快信用体系建设;完善金融诚信制度等,以构建我国的金融诚信体系。
