县域经济的发展离不开社区银行的有效支持.分析社区银行的特点、优势及国外社区银行发展的现状,探讨城镇化背景下社区信用失灵问题,认为社区银行长期可持续发展的基础在于农村征信体系的建设与完善.今后,应大力推进农村征信系统建设,以营造农村金融发展的良好环境,推进县城经济的发展.

Community Banks, Credit Failure and Rural Financial Development

The county＇s economic development is inseparable from the effective support of community banks. The paper analyzed the characteristics and advantages of community banks as well as the development status of foreign community banks, and explored the community credit failures in the context of urbanization. It is held that the basis of long - term sustainable development of community banks lies in the construction and improvement of rural credit system. In future, we should vigorously promote the construction of rural credit system to create a good environment for the development of rural finance.
