| 摘 要： | 新生代农民工的转移就业，既可以很好地满足和匹配制造业及服务业对劳动力的大量需求，又有利于农村城镇化水平的提升。在我国积极推动构建社会信用体系的背景下，分析新生代农民工转移就业中的失信行为类型及原因，并提出解决问题的对策。

| Abstract: | Transfer employment of new - generation migrant workers not only meets the demand of manufacturing and service sectors, but also helps to improve the urbanization level. In the background of actively promoting the construction of social credit system, the paper analyzes the types of and the causes for credit failure behavior in the transfer of new-generation migrant workers, and proposes countermeasures to the problem. |
