| 摘 要： | 征信体系建设对于金融生态环境的优化具有重要的意义。当前，我国征信体系建设中，存在着立法滞后、部门信息屏蔽、信息数据标准不统一、社会信用环境不良等问题，要解决这些问题，必须做好普及征信知识、加快征信立法进程、培育征信市场、加强征信体系建设标准化管理等工作。

| Abstract: | Construction of credit information system is of important significance for optimizing financial ecologic environment. At present, there are such problems in constructing a credit information system in China as lagged legislation, sectored information closed, lack of a unified information data criteria, bad social credit environment, etc. It＇s compulsory to undertake such doings as popularizing credit information knowledge, quickening the credit information legislation process, fostering credit information market, strengthening standardized management for the construction of credit information system. |
