| 摘 要： | 分析了市场经济淡化了人们的伦理观念，增大了市场交易的成本，制约着社会的健康发展。提出物质经济必须与伦理经济同步发展，在发展物质经济的同时，政府管理者、企业经营者、社会消费者，都应认真研究并处理好正义与非正义、人类与自然、职业与道德等方面的关系问题。

| Abstract: | People's morality has been declined in the market economy, making market transaction cost increase and hindering the sound development of society. It is imperative to develop both material economy and ethical economy. While promoting the growth of material economy, government cadres, corporate managers and consumers should study and handle the relationship between justice and unjustice, human and nature, profession and ethics. |
