当前制造业正经历着价值链拆分、产业整合及与此相伴随的大规模国际转移。中国通过对这种产业转移的积极吸纳保持了经济的持续快速增长，有效地提升了自己的产业结构水平。中国是否能够在今后继续保持这种吸纳的强劲势头，并不断向产品价值链的“高住区”逼近?这在很大程度上取决于中国能否使自己的区位优势得到有效的保持与提升。而在保持与提升中国制造业吸纳区位优势的种种努力中，加速人力资本的积累，从而使劳动力成本优势得到保持甚至强化应处于更为突出的地位：

Manufacturing Industry Absorption,Location Advantage Upgrading and Human Capital Accumulation

At present, manufacturing industry is experiencing value chain separation, industry integration which is accompanied by massive transfer of international manufacturing industry. This sort of active absorption of industry transfer contributed greatly to the sustainable and rapid development of Chinese economy. However, could China possibly continue to keep the momentum of absorbing manufacturing industry thus be able to approach the "high level zone" within the product value chain? The answer mainly lies in whether China can keep and upgrade its location advantage. More attention should be paid to accelerating the accumulation of human capital in order to maintain and even reinforce the labor cost advantage.
