发达国家发展中小企业融资的经验借鉴

中小企业在我国国民经济发展中具有相当重要的地位，它的发展对于促进经济繁荣、增加就业、活跃市场和维护社会稳定起着举足轻重的作用，还为解决“三农问题”提供一条出路。但是，中小企业融资难困扰着它的发展，这个问题长期没有很好地解决，这不但影响了中小企业的发展，也影响我国经济的发展。分析发达国家对中小企业融资的经验，借鉴发达国家的经验，提出我国目前中小企业融资的意见和建议。

Inspirations Drawn from Developed Countries in Developing Fund-raising Channels for Medium and Small-sized Enterprises

Medium and small -sized enterprises occupy an important position in China's national economy. They are of great importance for economic growth, increase in employment, market prosperity and maintenance of social ability. They can solve problems concerning peasants to some extent. However, Medium and small-sized enterprises find great difficulty in raising funds. The problem not only hinders the development of medium and small-sized enterprises but also blocks the development of the national economy. The paper analyzes practice of developed countries in developing fund-raising channels for medium and small-sized enterprises and points out that we should draw inspirations from their practice. It puts forward suggestions on fund-raising for Chinese medium and small-sized enterprises.
