On the Developing View of The Thought of " Three Representatives"

CPC has focused on developing productivity and pushing forward the all -round advancement of society since it was in power. The developing view of the thought of "Three Representatives" is a new de- veloping view of CPC in the new century. It is a scientific theory on development of China in 21st century. Based on the past developing views, it broadens the view of development of China. It puts forward new views on China's orientation of development, developing opportunities, the developing target, the motive force of development, the environment of development, the body of development and the speed of development. Marked by the report of the 16th Congress of CPC, the developing view of CPC has become more mature. It displays the CPC members' ethnical feelings and worldview. Taking into account the reality of China, it em- bodies new and striking features of times.
