摘    要:高职院校思想政治理论课教师的"教学底气"十足与否,关系到能否充分发挥思政课在高职院校大学生思想政治教育中的主渠道和主阵地作用,关系到能否实现中国特色社会主义高等职业教育人才培养的思想政治目标,关系到能否育成为实现中华民族伟大复兴"中国梦"而奋斗接力、忠诚效力的职业生力军。高职院校思政课教师教学的十足底气离不开社会实践,只有通过社会实践思政课教学才能接地气,思政课教师才能做到论实结合、以实证论地讲真、讲实,思政课教师教学才能有底气,有了底气的思政课教学才对高职院校的大学生产生说服力、吸引力、感召力,突显思想政治理论育人塑魂的重要作用。

Abstract:Ideological and political theory course in higher vocational colleges teachers "teaching style" or not, related to whether it can give full play to the education courses in higher vocational colleges main channel and position in the ideological and political education of college students, related to the realization of socialism with Chinese characteristics of i- deological and political objectives of higher vocational education personnel training, related to whether education become to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation "Chinese dream" fight for relay, loyalty effect career powerhouse. Education courses in higher vocational colleges of teacher teaching style is dependent on the social practice, it is only through the social practice education courses teaching to grounding gas, theory of education courses teachers can achieve real combination, to positivism to speak true, real, education courses teaching to have bottom spirit, have the bottom spirit education courses teaching is compelling, attractive, charisma, highlighting the important role of ideological and political theory education model soul.
