Using the grocery store as the research object, the article conducted a research of values of Malaysia Chinese, reviewed the traditional Chinese grocery stores since the Qing dynasty in Malaysia, discussed the background of succeeding in business and related enterprises values and the management pattern, and suggested that traditional Confucian values, loyalty, righteousness and faith are critical for success of grocery stores.
