| 摘 要： | 核心能力的培育是煤炭企业发展的永恒性目标。在低碳经济环境下,煤炭企业核心能力体系结构发生了相应的改变。核心能力体系解析揭示了低碳经济环境下煤炭企业核心能力要素的动态性机制,从而为核心能力培育的深化提供了现实性的理论指导。

| Abstract: | The cultivation of core competence is the eternal goals of coal enterprise development. The core competence architecture of coal enterprise has undergone corresponding change in low-carbon economic environment. The analysis of core competence system reveals the dynamic mechanism of core competence elements,which may provide a realistic theoretical guidance for coal enterprise to foster core competence. |
