| 摘 要： | 商标的合理使用是指在一定条件下，法律允许他人使用商标权人商标的权利，而不需征得商标权人的许可，也不需支付对价。我国商标法对于商标的合理使用规定较粗泛，而商标合理使用的规定在法理及商业活动中均有较重要的意义，立法理应予以完善。
