| 摘 要： | 通过选取我国各地区2000-2009年人均GDP和C02排放量的面板数据，建立变截距模型分析了经济增长对CO2排放量的影响，建立变系数模型分析了经济增长对CO：排放量影响的地区差异性，运用聚类分析了各省能源利用结构差异，最终证明经济增长并非是CO2排放量增加的直接原因，我国可以实现CO2减排与经济增长的双赢。

| Abstract: | This paper based on the panel data form 1999 to 2008 of GDP per capital and CO2 emissions of every provinces,establishing variable intercept model,analyzed the influence of of economic development to the CO2 emissions,establishing variable coefficient model,analyzed the differences in areas about the effects economic development to the CO2 emissions.Using clustering analysis analysed the provinces resource structure difference.Eventually got the conclusion that economic development is not the direct reason to the CO2 emissions increasing,China can realize CO2 emission reduction and economic development is a win-win situation. |
