| 摘 要： | 农村经济发展需要农村金融的强力支持,针对欠发达地区农村金融发展现状及其缺陷,深入分析制约农村金融发展的瓶颈,充分结合新农村建设对农村金融的要求与目标,尝试性提出6条战略性措施,以期对欠发达地区农村金融改革有所裨益.

| Abstract: | Rural economy development needs to support strongly by rural finance. Base on analyzing present situation and defect of rural financial system in non - developmental region, the paper analyzes deeply reasons that restrict the development of rural finance. Later on, combining the target and demand which caused by new rural construction ,it offers six strategic measures ,to benefit reform of rural finance in non -developmental region. |
